Red Dog Farm Animal Rescue Network cannot assume responsibility for the temperament of the animals placed in adoptive homes. Please let us know immediately if you become worried that an animal in your care may have aggressive or unsafe characteristics. Please understand that though we will screen animals to the best of our ability, we cannot predict their actions. Furthermore, we cannot always tell whether animals are housebroken or not, so please treat all indoor animals as if they are not until they show you otherwise. Do not give a new dog access to expensive shoes or rugs - you may regret it! We highly recommend crate training for all dogs. Health/vet bills: Because rescue dogs come to us from a variety of backgrounds, we cannot certify the health of any animal in our program. All veterinary bills incurred after the date of adoption are the responsibility of the adoptive owner. Our adoption fee only covers an initial round of vaccines and spay/neuter surgery. RELEASE. In order to adopt an animal from the Network, you must agree to hold harmless and release the Network, its officers, Board of Directors, volunteers, employees and agents from any and all liability related to physical injury or property damage caused to you, your pets, your family or others by an animal that you adopt. Please use common sense and separate new pets from your animals and children until you are able to supervise safe interaction.
By choosing "I Agree" below, I hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth above and specifically to the release of liability set forth herein.
